Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.

Job Purpose:
CEP Engineering is seeking a seasoned Transportation Project Manager specializing in WisDOT Design Projects. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience utilizing the WisDOT Facilities Development Manual for preparing transportation design plans and specifications. The primary role is to provide expert technical advice, effectively manage projects, and lead project teams that deliver timely and profitable results. Additionally, the role involves cultivating client relationships and securing project work in alignment with regional marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage project teams focused on the design and development of transportation projects.
- Prepare detailed proposals, define the scope of work, and estimate the time and expenses required to complete projects.
- Engage in client meetings, including proposal presentations and interviews.
- Select and manage the project team in collaboration with clients.
- Conduct complex design calculations as required and oversee major project design decisions.
