16 years of experience in managing transportation and infrastructure projects for both the public and private sectors.

Served as project Manager, Resident Engineer, Office Engineer, and Inspector on numerous construction projects for various clients including the Illinois Tollway (ISTHA), Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), Illinois Capitol Development Board (CDB), Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT), Chicago Housing Authority (CHA), and City Colleges of Chicago (CCC).

– Experience as Vice President responsible for the construction & project management of various multi-disciplined projects.

Also performed bridge inspections for the Illinois Tollway and IDOT as well as structural building inspections for the CHA.

In addition to his civil engineering expertise, Mr. Shanklin has advanced knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems and designs.

– Mr. Ramos is an experienced Construction Manager with over 33 years in the industry. He has previous employment with the Chicago Department of Transportation, City of Chicago, Department of Fleet and Facility Management, and City of Chicago, Department of Streets and Sanitation making him well versed with Chicago’s policies and procedures.
